Do you offer free color swatches?
YES! We offer free color swatches at your request. Just send us a message with the color/colors requested and your shipping address. Delivery time is about 5-7 days.
What if color doesn't match, can I return it?
We WILL NOT accept any exchanges or returns based upon color discrepancies. Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual color. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric. That's why WE OFFER FREE swatches. Please purchase OR request free swatches before your purchase. We do not accept returns. Thank you for understanding.

What if I need a clip on bow tie instead of strap around neck?
Yes, sure you can make a note for your order about ALLIGATOR CLIP instead of the strap around neck, or we can also make bow tie with the BAR PIN (very safe BROOCH PIN).
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. International parcels are sent using USPS First Class Mail International.
International customers: please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery, or longer during holiday periods.
CANADA customers: regular delivery time is usually 7-10 business days.
