LOST ORDER: No REFUNDS are issued on lost or not received packages because of an incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in the delivery of the packages. We can resend the package to the new address, but the buyer has to pay shipping charges. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fee. I can’t replace lost, stolen, and undelivered packages. When it leaves my home and off to the USPS, it is out of my hands.
