LOST ORDER: No REFUNDS are issued for lost or not received packages due to an incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in package delivery. We can resend the package to a new address, but the buyer must pay shipping charges. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees. I can’t replace lost, stolen, and undelivered packages. Once it leaves my home and goes to the USPS, it is out of my hands.
