The USPS has acknowledged temporary delays because of a shortage of employees. We cannot guarantee delivery within 2-5 business days. Our items are handmade so we do not make refunds and returns if the package will be delivered later. We highly recommend buyers to select priority shipping options. Thank you for understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Color: We will not accept any returns based upon color discrepancies! To avoid any issues, please contact us if you have any questions regarding colors and materials. Swatches are also available for free, please contact us for more information before purchase. There will be no refund given because of canceled events. No refunds are given on custom orders.

LOST ORDER: No refunds are issued on lost or not received packages because of an incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in the delivery of the packages. We can resend the package to the new address, but the buyer has to pay shipping charges. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fee. I can’t replace lost, stolen, and undelivered packages. When it leaves my home and off to the USPS it is out of my hands.
