LOST ORDER: No refunds are issued for lost or not received packages due to an incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in delivery. We can resend the package to a new address, but the buyer must pay shipping charges. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees. We cannot replace lost, stolen, and undelivered packages.
