Refunds and Exchanges:

Color: We will not accept any returns based upon color discrepancies! To avoid any issues, please contact us if you have any questions regarding colors and materials. Swatches are available for FREE; please contact us for more information BEFORE purchase. There will be NO refund given because of canceled events. NO refunds are given on CUSTOM ORDERS.

LOST ORDER: No refunds are issued for lost or not received packages due to an incomplete address or the conduct of the carrier involved in the delivery of the packages. We can resend the package to the new address, but the buyer has to pay shipping charges. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees. We can’t replace lost, stolen, and undelivered packages.
