LOST ORDER:
No refunds are issued for lost or undelivered packages due to incomplete addresses or the conduct of the carrier involved in delivery. We can resend the package to a new address, but the buyer must pay shipping charges. Shipping fees will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees. I cannot replace lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Once it leaves my home and goes to the USPS, it is out of my hands.
